Get started

Hi Catherine! Welcome aboard to OmniSynkAI! We're excited to have you join our team and contribute to our exciting projects. To help you get started and ease into your new role, here are your onboarding tasks for this week:

Wednesday:

1. Introduce Yourself: Take some time to introduce yourself to the Design team. You can do this by sending a brief message in our Slack channel, sharing a bit about your background, and if you're interested in collaborating with them on another flow- go right ahead!

Here is a Kanban task view- details every flow we're working on

2. Review Current User Research: Familiarize yourself with our current user research findings. This will provide valuable insights into our users' needs and behaviors, helping you better understand the context of our projects.

Thursday:

1. Reach Out to Team Members: Connect with key team members who you'll be collaborating with on projects. Reach out to Kshitij P., our AI NLP expert, Clarence, our UXR specialist, and Alexis P., our Content Designer. Introduce yourself, and schedule any initial meetings or discussions.

2. Review User Journey: Dive into the user journey documentation to gain a deeper understanding of our product's flow and user interactions. Pay attention to pain points, opportunities for improvement, and areas where your expertise can make a difference.

Friday:

1. Explore Figma File: Spend some time exploring our Figma file. Start by reviewing the low-fidelity designs and the high-level instructions provided in each of your sections (there are 2- one titled Catherine & Bryce, and the other is Catherine). This will give you a solid foundation of our design system, the flow and ongoing projects.

Start brainstorming and sketching how you'll approach:
Flow 1: Proactive Order Flagging System-Appears on Seller Dashboard and opens into separate view whenever an order is lost/missing/is overdue. Notifies seller and allows them to rectify.

Flow 2: AI NLP Inventory Parsing/Search-Example: User searches "show me items with low stock", Shop Insights, Inventory Suggestions

2. Schedule 1:1 Meeting: Let's schedule a 1:1 meeting to discuss your progress, address any questions or concerns you may have, and set goals for the upcoming weeks. Please let me know your availability, and we'll find a time that works for both of us.

Feel free to work on some of these tasks over the weekend as well, and don't hesitate to reach out if you need any assistance or clarification. Welcome once again to the team, Catherine!
